CAM's goal is to help the job seeker by offering direction in their job search and providing the practical tools (such as resumes and cover letters) needed to become a long-term, valuable employee.
“Job readiness” is our goal for both entry-level and professional job seekers. Our Operation Jobs counselors also provide much needed (often overlooked) emotional support.
Operation Jobs helps you achieve “job readiness” by providing:
One-on-one job counseling
Assistance with resume preparation and cover letter composition
Education on interview skills, from appropriate dress and body language to information on salary negotiation
Operation Jobs also offers a number of free resources:
